The BOI branch is located on the ground floor of the building bear SSD Hotel, MP Nagar Zone 1 Bhopal on the backside of Kotak Mahindra Bank, Bhopal. Services are good.

Very bad service... m trying to call in toll free no.,they always bsy with other no.
Staff is irresponsible.. they all r busy with thier mobile in working tym..

Not a good experience, as always , was sitting and i had to print the passbook
It took 15 minutes because madam had to talk to the man at the table next to it, The passbook was not printed even after 15 minutes, because madam's printer was not working or maybe it was just an excuse not to work
