ICICI Bank Vijay Nagar, Indore-Branch & ATM

Small space, not as per ICICI banks standard! Customer oriented staff 😊

I wanted to get one of my bank accounts with ICICI Bank active as it had gone dormant due to no transactions of any sort for long. I took help of Google Maps and decided to visit Vijay Nagar branch as it showed nearest from my residence. I got baffled when I kept hovering in the area and GPS kept announcing that you have reached the destination. After a few rounds, I reached the spot and slowed the speed of my vehicle to that of a cart and spotted it. The challenge was that all the signages and boards got covered under the shade of dense trees grown in front of the Branch which poses problem to spot it instantly.

There was an ATM machine adjacent to the bank and the way to the main entrance of the Branch, actually a ramp, was pro-differently abled people as well which I truly liked. The parking was a slight problem, but somewhat manageable. I met an official at 'May I help you' counter and he was swift in his dealings and was somewhat polite.

While I was entering, the security guard checked my temperature and sprayed sanitizer on my hands as a part of the precautionary norms. What I wish to mention here is that one lady official dealing with the customers and clients who were just few in number with mask resting at her chin and there seemed no concept of social distancing. I wanted to pinpoint it, but she was busy with the clients, and I decided to stay quiet, but wish to mention here that whoever visits the Branch during these days, you shall take all precautionary measures, even if the bank officials and other customers and clients don't.

Well, the official who was assisting me took down all the details and took photocopies of my identity proof documents. He assured me that the bank account will go active in next two business days and I am waiting to receive a call from his end and I am certain that he will act in a prompt and professional fashion.

What I was able to observe and gather was that it is a relatively small Branch with just 5-6 officials and 3-4 other staff members. The officials appeared fine, but I will be able to discover it more, when I visit the Branch next for the final resolution of my problem.

Guard not allowing inside saying bank will not deposit money till 17th while all other bank accepting deposit in same are within 200 meter distance.......Is there is any special circular for ICICI Satya Sai Circle Indore Branch......

Very bad respose by the senior position people also..once the ac is open they do nt take any further responsibility...itz a huge mistake by opening ac with this bank..

Pathetic branch with pathetic service. Employees are not interested in work.

Bank location is different and it is wrongly marked on google maps, please update!
And very poor assistance provided from customer care service.

Worst branch i have ever been to ,no staff will support you even you seat for hours ,plz change staff request to icici higher managment team
