Useless bank , "people" in the bank ( as they aren't qualified enough to be working in the bank, so the word people suits them) advice to call customer care as they have no answers to any questions you ask when you physically visit the bank.

i went for kyc they did not respond me and say wait..i wait 2 hrs ...so wht yhe d/f b/w gov vs private bank if they work slowly
