Worst Bank Ever

SBI bank is the best bank,it has no doubt but Shaktinagar SBI branch employee's behavior is not good at all.They do behave so rude..Today my mother went at that branch she is 55+ and this much aged person need proper polite guidence of everything they do not understand the process in one go sometimes,she as well as I was asking for some process but they were not telling the process properly,was showing anger.If somebody doesn't know the process then its their responsibility/job to direct rules regulations in polite and correct way .They are not able to handle the crowd it does not mean they will disrespect anybody .Because most of the employees are aged so I was not able to put any comment in front of them.Its not the incident of today Everytime I visit this branch gives the bad exp.Do not like to visit this branch..Nayagaon branch is far better ....
