Very Poor Service and Absolutely irresponsible and misleading staff. The staff doesn't know simple process of opening and linking or activating account. I have faced this issue earlier too but atleast it used to get fixed, with the recent staff change it is worst, they are clueless. You have to call the customer care and tell them the process even then they will take forever to act. Do not open you account with this branch. I have been with ICICI for more than 10 years but now I am going to switch to another bank soon because of the staff here.
