Axis Bank Branch

I am Axis Bank PBS customer for last 20 years but I have never seen worst service than this. I went to deposit cash tobthe bank but the treasury counter person was busy in doing back office job of counting cash for ATM, after waiting for about 20 mins I dropped the idea of depositing cash and went for to collect accont statement for some purpose. Not here also after waiting for 15 mins, the person at tje service counter says he can't provide as server is down, even though my mobile app was working.

Except 3 people, all other staff was busy in gossiping/on attending personal calls. Manager wasn't available in the cabin and noone was bothers to address concern. I have had better experience in PDU banks than this.

I am fresher I want to make my career in banking department thanks
