Atm service is better than others

Need lot of improvement... Bank is good, Staff is also good, but bank is imposing lot of rules and regulations which is casing delay in work, bank need to be aggressive in the market, I remember when bank started their operation In Sanawad, they were very aggressive,but slowly bank has became complacent... Their original base are moving and bank is not bothered at all. The process gap needs to be analysied to get good customer.
