I am associated with Axis bank, Mumbai for last 5 years and I was satisfied and happy with there service and ease of banking.
Recently I shifted to Gwalior, and now I am highly disappointed by the horrendous service of Axis bank, City Centre which they are giving to their customers.
Being a surgeon it’s difficult for me to go again and again to resolve such silly matters. I deposited a cheque 3-4 days back which is not cleared yet.

Very worst bank i ever seen... there are no help in lockdown. my money send to axis bank but they not credited to my account still after one month. all the employee which is worked right now there are not not helping me. worst behavior
