Staff has to be more polite.
Not taking care of corona issues. Many people are entering without it masks and no social distancing is followed, nor is it enforced.

Parking is a total mess, causing traffic jams for others as well.

Worst service ;all employees misbehave the customer. they misguide d customer dont help to solve the customers prblm as my father is senior citizens employees misbehave him

Staff busy in their mobile management and looks...
Conclusion:-its Nightmare....

Worst branch everseen, peoples are simply clueless but master is ball passing to each other without knowing criticality of the matter. Best of all you will get rude behaviour free of cost
