staff is also very useless, They can't even settle single claim of icici products like Prudential.
my father is senior citizens and he is still suffering to get his money. its been more than 1 month and problem is still the same

Guys please be aware..do not buy any ICICI Prudential policy from Balaghat Branch..they don't have any maturity facility..all the time you have to go to either Seoni or Jabalpur by your expenses. so Don't waste your money in ICICI Balaghat Branch.

even staff is very poor to handle educated clients....they just give us आश्वासन.

Try to make safe distance from Balaghat ICICI.
