Very large bank but services are very poor .not managed well .many improvements should needed .less knowledge about digital banking etc

You never get satisfied service here, employees has have rustic mind..

Staff is inefficient in job lack of knowledge
As compared to other cities SBI 🏦 Satna specially main branch

I have been visiting bank atleast 10-15 times in last 4 days but not able to get savings account opened for my HUF.

I have applied for housing loan during March 2020 till now it is not sanctioned. Very Lethargic work culture have been observed.

If you state that you are a student, your account will not be opened, Student's accounts are not opened, only the accounts of Salary people or business people are opened.

Very very bad staff bhevaiour I will go for taking bussines loan under government scheme and he was start agrue with me very bad staaf I will ask the rate of interest in bussines loan and they start taking about some nonsense questions and they say some words also doing mishbheving with me
