Worst banking system for the lower section of society as the bank charge penalty for not having deposits above 5000 which is not possible for the poors and the students.

One of the worst services and rude staff who have no manners and cannot even do basic things they are supposed to do. Clearly understaffed and bank is always crowded. I went there to change my phone no. for otp and i had to go there and submit the same application three times and still it is not changed after a week. J and K bank does this type of customer services within minutes.
