The services here are miserable , have to literally wait for hours to get our things done. The staff wants customers to wait to finish all their work and only then they are ready to serve . No wonder customers move to private banks instead.

Bad experience, Manager is not at all good, when a customer approaches her she shouts at them, not at all good behaviour. result in going to this branch is dissatisfaction and disappointment

Almost all notes are available everytime

The ATM in front of the Bank never worked. Don't stop to get money from this ATM. It's on the way from Kavanad signal to Kollam Town. I have been there since 2014. It seems that they don't want the ATM to work. 9000 Rs lost today.. not just me, a few customers before me also were deprived of their amount. Hoping that the amount will be transferred back to my account.
