As a customer my experiencea have always been good. However, interpersonal skills do play a role. Most irrate customers have issues that are beyond the control of branch officials

I tried to call many times in this toll free number as well as kollam, kadapakada SBI branch land line number but no one attending the call. I called because i lost my amount from my account and for the verification purpose i tried. Only because of this kind of irresponsible activities of SBI peoples i decided that to cancell my account from all SBI branches. Very bad and shameless services...

It is the worst Sbi branch in kollam and the attitude of the employees towards customers is very pathetic.
