Very bad service and response from staffs.They only have the option to tell customers for call customer care number or mail to customer care.Then for what purpose they are appointed.so many staffs are there,if any issue happens then they will ask customers to contact customer care.

FYI, I have been following up with your customer care since last 2 weeks regarding an issue and I had shared the required details multiple times. Everytime when I ask for an update, they say "give us 2 more working days". Later they end up asking the details which was shared already. I was tying to contact the branch if they can help me on this but the number is not in use.

Very poor service by the staffs especially a lady sitting in the second counter from the entrance in the left side..she was very intolerable and she scolded us when we will filled the forms for kyc updation.very very poor service..is this the way of treating customers...

IN ICICI BANK REGIONAL OFFICE MANAGER LADY IS GIVING VERY BAD SERVICES TO ME AND OTHER CUSTOMERS, WHEN WE APPROACH TO HER FOR ANY MATTER SHE WILL CONTINUING WITH HER WATSUP CHAT WITH FRIENDS & VIDEO CALLING WITH FRIENDS ON DUTY TIME. I AM APPROACHED TO HER FOR OPEN A FD ACCOUNT FOR MY FATHER, THAT TIME SHE BEHAVED THAT SHE DON'T NEED LIKE SUCH AMOUNT FOR THE BANK AND ALSO SHE DONT WANT TO TELL ABOUT OUR CONFUSIONS. ONE OF MY FATHER'S FRIEND SUGGEST THIS BANK FOR TAKING FD TO YOUR BANK AFTER MY FATHER RETIREMENT.
ITS NOT GOOD MATTER TO HER AND YOUR BANK IN FUTURE & SHOULD TAKE AN ACTION AGAINST HER MIS BEHAVIOUR.
