ICICI Bank Ltd, Palakkad

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I had trouble withdrawing from ATM due to limitations. A manager in the branch personally ensured I got the amount in 2k denominations.
Great experience and highly recommended.

Today (20/08/20) I went to this branch with a friend to deposit 31500 to my own account, it was full of 10s & 20s denomination, but the Assitant Manager Mr.Rajith questioned us like a thief and disrespected the value of the currency. I really felt insulted by his behavior. The staffs especially the AM doesnt know how to behave to a customer where they suppose treat us like a king.

Today I had a bad experience at ICICI Bank Palakkad branch located opposite to rappadi auditorium.
I went to open an SB account .
The lady official in the section said that immediately after opening the sb account , an amount of Rs.50000/- should be transferred to the newly opened account from another account of another bank . Then only the new sb account will be activated . Further she also said an amount of Rs10000/ should be maintained as average balance in the account .The advertisements of ICICI Bank do not place such demands for opening an Sb account . It was very clear that the lady official at the section was busy and was not interested in opening an account . She just made a judgement that Rs 50000/- was a bigger amount for us . Any way it was very poor judgement and arrogant service from the official . Just left the place without opening an account 🙏

First of all they don't have a telephone number to contact. I called the number as in the website and that number doesn't exist.

Worst response for phone calls & text messages.

Worst experience ever.. none of the staff care about their customers.. a big stain to the word 'service'. Never hoping here ever. Recommend stay away, I was there for 15 minutes and found more than 5 customers coming with their grievances. No surprise - none care!!

You want to open an account, never choose ICICI. Want a loan, run away from ICICI. Want a medical insurance, look elsewhere. Above all, never go to this branch. The worst experience ever at this branch filled with overwhelmingly incompetent staff. They don't understand the meaning of 'service', all they want is to make money. The staff cares a darn about their customer worries. I am a frustrated ICICI customer and my experience has been really bad at every step.

Very bad experience I had there, the bank staff's are not responsible, they don't know anything simply wasting the customers time, especially the loan section.
