Federal Bank

Excellent services by online banking..But worsest by kollam branch(near iron bridge).Some staffs are very irresponsible(Worse than some government banks).They are simply wasting our time.Only after our voices become raise,they will do something.

Even though its the main branch,they don't know atm pin will not come to branch for international cards.They wasted more than 2 hours and said they will check and arrange it for next day.After calling customer care my issue solved within 5 minutes.

Kollam main branch of federal bank. Good location away from hustle and bustle ,ample parking available . They have ATM in the premises too. ATMs within bank premises are safer and most unlikely to find empty on working days.

My money is lost from this bank. They are fraudsters. Don't trust them. Your money is not safe.

This Federal Bank is located in Ravi's Arcade, Near Iron Bridge, Kollam. It's in the ground floor. There is parking in the front of the bank. But at peak hours it is difficult to find a parking space. Inside the bank it is very quiet and calm. The staff of the bank is very well mannered. They always answer your queries and direct you, in case you are confused. Went there first time and left with a good impression. Keep it up.
