Good staff, very friendly.

I have been trying to avail net banking facilities from past 8-9 months, but I'm facing issue in each and every step! So you can imagine the kind of service. I've been back n forth to the office, calling them via phone, etc. There was a time when the service was actually good but I don't see that happening from 2020 at least!

When you contact SIB Kuttapuzha Branch there is no response at all.They will pick your call but will not respond!
Such kind of gesture irritates a customer during urgent time.

Service was good before (2013-2017 period).Now it’s pathetic.
