No way to communicate the person incharge, Bank Phone contact details not published in their website.

Things are changed and it's simply great.

Incapable staff, not offering clear answers. In these days an account can be opened online including the video kyc and inline payment, but here the bank staff asks for payment by cheque and cheque only (no UPI, NetBanking or anything). Either they don't know the process or they simply do not want to help us because they are busy?! Not the ideal customer centric branch here.

They could have collected the money by hell lot of ways, and finally they were able to do it by UPI when the customer completed all the online stuff himself. Pathetic.

If that's the case all they have here is an ATM service, not a branch here.

Very poor service and lack of professional approach.
