State Bank of India

A typical State Bank of India! Being an organization that sells service, when SBI will change their attitude and approach their customers in a friendly and professional way? Not my preferred bank!

Wondering how the Municipality has given permission to build such a major bank building in the heart of the town, next to a hospital complex where private ambulances, taxis, autorickshaws and private buses are parked on the wayside, without providing adequate parking space! Where the bank customers are expected to park their vehicles?

Excellent infrastructure

Bad service.Staffs are not behaving properly

Very Bad Service(Infrastructure only is good. Staffs there are very rude). Better depend on other banks which are more customer friendly.

The building and ambience are attractive. But most of the staff are not customer friendly. I had bad experiences whenever I visited the branch. No one cares for customers ' rights or their valuable time. One of the worst branches of SBI ,like most of them are. Hate to visit this place again

My personal experience: Overcrowded, Not enough table arrangements(Table) for writing something. Poor customer service. Security guard is the help desk, I don't think that's how a proper help desk work. Not enough staffs at the most needed desk. Que system is a joke, some people skip que and staffs don't tell a thing but some que skippers are send back.
