My dad had opened an account for himself and for us back in the mid 2000s and have relied on this branch in the past for our banking needs. Till date we have found the staff cooperative, well-informed and helpful.

I find everyone very helpful and efficient at this Union Complex branch. They were prompt in processing paperwork for locker renewal, activation, and FD.The staff take the time to listen,assist and provide relevant information, and this isn't something you can say you would get in all branches of the same bank. I would recommend starting and maintaining an account here.

I tried to open an account through online and physically but both ways were faild due to inexperienced and unprofessional staff.
I tried to fix the problem through customer care but they are too utter waste. They don't know what they are talking about and they are not really helpful. Their staff contact me through online and took my adhar details and even my password too but he couldn't fix it, so I quite to open a kotak account.

Posting this on behalf of both myself and my (late) younger brother who himself was a banker. He referred me to open an a/c with this branch long back. My personal experience interacting with the staff is that they're supportive, quick and responsive. I once experienced an issue with a POS machine in a mall which deducted more money than the bill amount. I phoned the branch staff here in panic and they expedited the matter to get the excess funds reversed to my a/c. Not just this but there have been several occasions where we couldn't go in person to the bank but they've come to us with the required paperwork to help move things fast. Keep up the good work!

I have had an account with Kotak Bank for more than eight years. I can say that that year's service aspect has deteriorated over the years. For instance, I have faced issues while receiving OTP for online transactions for the past year. I have repeatedly highlighted these issues through customer care, net banking, and direct calls to the branch. The lackadaisical attitude shown by concern teams points to the deteriorating service aspect of this bank. For a person who had showered praises for this bank among my peers, this is an utter disappointment.

Poorly trained staff and bad customer service helpline IVR !!

Kotak was amazing all throughout the years. I have been banking with them since 2016.
But the current staff lacks proper training and cannot guide us even with the smallest of queries.
In addition to that, their toll free customer service number has become a pain after the integration of Keya.
