Just happened to visit Kattapana branch for an emergency need, I'm from Trichur. This is one of the best bank/branch I have visited in the last 32 years including many Indian, middle East countries, and USA banks. Their excellent customer service is clearly distance ahead than other banks. Mr. Ranjith was very responsible, helpful, friendly, and made sure that my needs were met and exceeded my expectation.
