MANAGER NEEDS TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BEHAVIOR OF STAFF...
No courtesy towards the customer service, employee used to use cellphone while on duty..

The Manager doesnt know how to behave customers nicely. Really sad when I think about it.

Shocking customer service. If you place an FD they don't bother to give you options on rates for various terms to enable decision making. I asked if the rate was 7.7 percent for senior citizens the officer at desk nodded but yet stamped 6.8 percent. Also no new certificates were printed cos despite the corporation union bank merger as the printer was not functioning. Which is totally fine but they are too lazy to communicate. The staff operates with no customer engagement probably the worst in calicut. I pity those not financially literate who are at the mercy of the heartless bankers. If your parents have an account please accompany them to the branch else you will be compromising on the transaction cos the staff is absolutely insensitive and useless. And I don't expect them to take any feedback gracefully.
