I wanted to open an account for my trust and contacted HDFC Bank, ICICI bank etc but, their formalities and customer service was really unsatisfactory. Called the bank guy several times but did not attend the call for weeks... It was like they don't want us to open account there. Most Favourable Bank I would say, I am extremely happy with the services provided, their rapport with customers, courtesy, most importantly they listen to our problems and help in solving them ASAP. FB Mobile banking is just superb and easy to handle. I am very much thankful to their employees especially MR. Anoop TP, though he changed his branch he still helps me solve most of my issues.

I’m extremely satisfied and happy with their service.And I must say that Branch manager is very courteous and helpful.The online banking app makes day to day banking easy! The platform means I rarely need to contact the bank directly, everything is right there at the click of a button!

Total review's good . But i open an account with federal bank one month ago and i get federal bank account kit . I set my atm card ,fedbook app , deposit cash but still i can't active my fedmobile app,goolpay any online transactiona . I informed 2 times in brach but they can't solve my problem. I think cancel my account very badly

I had a bad experience from this branch. A lady staff asked 1000 rp for activating my selfie account .when I asked her name she refused to tell her name and she even tell she cant talk me. This is what makes federal bank a perfect banking partner. My insurance cash has gone because of this branch..

Here is my experience with the bank: I have been calling from abroad for the last 2 days, and nobody responded to my call to enquire about the status of my NRE account. Also mailed to them, no replay.
