staff behaviour is Bad

Staffs are friendly, Happy with the service.
I was there to create an ordinary account & Rd account.
It was very easy & helpful. One of the officers take care of everything & within half an hour I got my savings account passbook & Rd account.

Easy to access , parking available

Worst experience ever happened in my life. Not customer friendly. Arrogant staffs.Whenever i used to visit this branch, there is a huge delay. We can understand the delay if it is due to the huge no.of customers but this delay is due to which the staffs are behaving like they only attend the customers after there fun and entertainment time.Especially the manager is a wonderful guy who likes to talks to her account holders only and she wont talk to the others who enter the bank.
You will be grateful to me if you read this before entering the bank and experiencing the same happened to me.
