The staffs at UBI ranni branch have a very bad behaviour to tha account holders. They dont have any responsibility against the account holders.

Bad customer service....learn to be polite and humble. Arrogant staffs...no patience to listen to customer queries especially through phone. So pls dont call them n enquire..👎👎👎👎👎👎

Since last two years very uncultured staffs are sitting in the office of Ranni Pazavangadi branch except that Peon lady. None of them has the manners , how to behave or talk to a customer. Very pathetic situation in Pazavangadi branch.

Need training on how to behave and deal customers especially when there are other efficient banks in the town. RIP
