IndusInd Bank

The IndusInd Bank is situated adjacent to the National highway on its Southern side and on the eastern side of the Sre Aryas vegetarian Hotel. Yesterday being Sunday though it was holiday for the bank I could notice a hoarding covering the entrance of the Bank on which it was written that the bank offers interest @ 8.15% for fixed deposits which is an attractive rate.

It was the first IndusInd bank you see while coming from walayar.

It open till 6.30pm for the transactions and all the bank Staff are expectionally cooperative

Horrible customer service, does not even have the decency of providing a seat to customers. Besides all, horrible handling of your funds. Their response to my query as to why I get lesser amount in my International transactions was - we have 5-6 other customers who do this and I was not the only one. Zero responsiblity and service, I am going to withdraw all my accounts fromt the bank.

We never feel like this is a bank and they are professional. It’s like a finance company. if we ask something , the staff is confident to answer anything. They don’t have any proper answer. Loan division is very bad . All are blank .

No words to say ... fedd up with this bank . we taken a car loan and we utilized 3 months moratorium and we want to extend 3 more months for the same . all other banks are sending a link or message to all customers . but this people are not sending any single reminder , then i called the loan dprtmt ,then they said they will check and update , after 3 days , i called again that person , that time he said u have to come to bank and give a request to manager . then i went there and given a request , that time they said time is over , wl do next month . what the ------------------------- service . never ever recommend this bank for any kind of loans .

Worst service
The contact numbers they given through SMS and in the web sights are not working.
If any number is rings then no one attending the call.
If i have an emergency situation how can I believe you?

Best tattti bank and branch ever! Went for forex and mark my words, pls don't opt. Life will be ruined if u bank with them.

I opened my bank account and after 5th day also im not able to withdraw any money from my account. Accounts are in freezed. We need to wait for the backend team for geting approved our documents. Waste of time and money. My money they are holding for 5days and daily they are telling me to wait one more day
