CANARA BANK - KANNUR(CANNANORE)SOUTH BAZAR

One among my favorite bank. Their staffs are really well behaved and have got the helping mentality

These guys have amazing customer service, especially the NRI manager Anjali has been nothing but amazing every time I have dealt with her numerous times and every time she has been smiling and had a great customer service skills.

The other day I was at the bank and I saw a guy walking to the cashier around 3:45 asking for help, normally I was expecting the employee to tell him that " we are closed for cash transaction for the day and come tomorrow" but instead he said " sure I can help you here" of course he said I Malayalam.

This is the reason why I opened up an NRI account over here and my whole family has account with them.

Iam calling about 20 times to enquiry for my last trasaction....till not attended Is there any othe number?

The staffs and all not acitve and there is no any response to customers and when calling, they are not attending the calls...!!! Opppsite railway canara bank kannur..

Worst bank . highly arrogant employees. Poor online banking. 24x7 server down. Never take account in this bank.

It is formerly known as Syndicate Bank. The staffs are very cooperative and sincere. Customers will definitely like this place.
