It is the only bank in Kaloor who have the willingness to serve their customers by filling cash in ATM irrespective of demonetization impact

Very bad system and service

Waiting for a service is little annoying. Except that the bank is good.

Branch not at MAP location, Complained the same on reaching the branch in actual location. No actions taken even then

A newgen bank. Service provided to public depends on the official concerned. There are excellent and mediocre staff.
