Indian Bank

A superb bank.I have been banking with them for more than two decades now.
I requested information on my new change of address,and,the response was heartwarming,spontaneous,and,with clarity.hats off.
It puts them on par,even higher,with some of the foreign banks with whom too I have banked.

Worst experience. Unfriendly Staff and poor customer service. SMS Alerts are slow. If your payments don't reach u on time , don't be surprised.Their helpines don't exist and inorder to file a complaint the customer has to fill in a long list of details. The branch doesn't attend the calls either. Better choose a different bank guys.. Highly dissatisfied with the Bank.

A small Bank , not much crowded

Most of the time in Indian Bank ATM money is not there. It's so hard to find other ATM nearby.
