Not customer frndly. The cashier lady behaves like she owns the bank

One of the cheap facility bank ,never answered for calls.

Customer relation is very poor. Never answer for calls

Worst service when we calling. Rude attitude

Never ever think of starting a bank account here keeping in mind of a new generation bank. Though they claim of it, still this bank is in 1970s. It took almost more than a month to activate internet banking facility for an account.
And the behavior of the staff at the counters make us feel as if each of them are departmental managers or something

Trying few days on phone. Never attending the call. Why?

Poor service. Not recommended at all.

Nominal parking facility,two wheeler parking is okay but if you are in a four wheeler it will be a bit difficult to get a parking space.
Went to encash a cheque, the staff at the entrance didn't give attention,I waited a bit and then the security person directed me to the cash counter.
Cash counter staff was not in the counter waited there for a few minutes and hand overed the cheque and had to wait for some more time.
Regular customers will be used with this but a stay customer I was annoyed.
