Pattom branch of the public sector Indian bank. Situated near the busy traffic intersection. No parking space ,so keep/ park your vehicle elsewhere .

Very bad behaviour towards customers, showing undue curiosity in personal lives, showing open spite on those grounds, quite unable to keep up professional counter conduct and quizzing of customers by clerical staff mockingly when information should rather be given. Teasing of customers everywhere is very poor organizational conduct. Despite hinting the displeasure over meddling and biased conduct several times, they just cannot put right what they think is a local mandate. We live next to this particular space and have borne the worst brunt of it.
