Lack consistent quality service, you will get a warm welcome or not welcome at all. It's fluctuating.

Earlier they were providing best service in banking industry at vengara. But in last two years I am experiencing very bad service here.
When my net banking is blocked I went there and requested to reactivate my account, and they said that it will be ready within 48Hrs.But nothing happened. I repeated the same for four times. Finally I asked them the account closing form, within 1Hr my net banking became reactivated.

Similarly in last week I went to ATM to withdraw cash from my account, but it showed some error message. when i contact with customer care, they told me that my account has been frozen due to missing ID proof. since i have submitted all required documents earlier,I couldn't I understand what they are saying. Finally I closed my account there.

Average service. But not bad.
