Taken a gold loan from this bank. When returned the loan gold necklace was broken and they are making statement that it was already broken before. I know that it was in good condition. They broke it making false statement.

Customer friendly branch.. ready to clarify all bank related doubts. The branch manager is very nice and helpful.

SBI uduma branche has excellent customer service, current branch manager ms jayathi krishns is truly customer friendly ( sorry to say Ms jayanthi no more with branch now branch turned back to old era attitude no response don't even reply on customer requests 19.11.2022)
