YES Bank

The branch manager and the relationship managers are only trying to put you in a trap with their smile and good behaviour. There is no privacy. They keep a check of your money with them and they will keep calling you with their schemes even if you have opted for DND services or tell them you are not interested. It was a real headache!!

Note: No real relationship is maintained. They don't help when we need some assistance badly. They will simply wash off their hands. They will also not pick up calls. It will be very disappointing during such times.

Always be on alert! Double verify your dealings. Paper and system information can be mismatched. Don't trust them.

Ideally located in the Kottayam district though NO Parking facilities.
Personally my_own YES Bank encounters aren't the best. Its a very Sales Oriented bank; which means the pretext of a smile at work is a burlesque while the service is far lacking. Perhaps the Moratorium calls for more Cash collection and staff could be forced for New Accounts but safety Vs satisfaction draws a caution. It has improved (just now) but I would say long way to go... ❕

Opened account January 2021 until now didn't received documents including debit cards. No follow -ups or further actions on this matter despite my regular complaints. Better to bank with any other professional banks.

Best customer handling experienced from entire team, especially from Auto loans dept. Will recommend confidently to people around..

Stay away from YES bank.Only marketing oriented bank.Unfortunately can’t give a negative rating here.Never except a single solution for your problem from yes bank.Not recommended at all.
