Nice branch. The employees are helpful and friendly which is a very unique experience for me. They would never delay our requests and finish them soon which shows how well they care for the customer's time. I would rate it a five star without another thought.

Though I doesn't own an account on this particular branch, I really feel that I must make an effort to say a few words about their services. I work with one of the top Real Estate Developer in the country and as a part of our upcoming project campaign I visited the branch last month. It was a peak time at the branch and the staffs were busy with attending their customers. Therefore I waited for sometime to meet the Manager. After a long time I finally got the idea that this rush isn't going to settle sooner and I need to come back later for the meeting. While I was about to took off a lady came to me and stopped. She addressed herself as the Assistant Manager of the branch and politely asked about my purpose of visit. I introduced myself and told her the reason for my visit. Then she took me to her cabin and gave me a briefing about the various Home Loans which FBL can provide to assist our customers. And also detailed the procedures for getting approvals for our Project. After this discussion she conveyed her apologied to making me wait and I conveyed my gratitude for the valuable information she provided..

I wish my best to the branch and the Manager who took her time to assist me.

Friendly staff, the NRI priority manager helped to solve my issues within minutes. Truly remarkable. Recommended for NRI as they provide separate NRI lounges and personalized service.

I had a bad experience from one of the federal bank staff while visiting the branch for a duplicate ATM card. He wasn't able to tell what the scenarios are . When I asked for help ,he just pointed at a poster on the wall . I have followed the instructions on the poster, but it wasn't working. He is not even ready to detail the same . He told me he doesn't know why it's happening.

My review is not just for this branch but on federal bank as a whole. My friend applied for an education loan of 25 lakhs three months prior to his deadline, they extended it so much even beyond his deadline to get it approved. Moreover, when it did get approved, they made it conditional that they would sanction it only if he starts an FD of 1.5 lakhs because he had a personal loan in HDFC bank. To top it all, they gave him only 18.75 lakhs finally saying they had to take 25% away which was part of some bogus protocol. And they never mentioned any of this before the loan was sanctioned. Please dont make the mistake of taking education loan from this pathetic bank. They appear to be all sweet and well mannered but this is the reality.
