I've a bank account here for somewhat like 3 years now. Behaviour towards the customers is much much better. I'll suggest everyone to create an account here. Because they will help you aout with any queries that you have. Feel free to ask. And there's pretty much comfortable area for waiting. It's easy to see the bank from the side of the road.

The best service.

I have an SB account at this branch. As with most govt offices /banks, no one will make eye contact unless you really get their attention. After waiting for about 20 mins and fending off other customers who just like to push into a queue, I managed to speak to customer service. The gentleman explained why my account is locked and proceeded to fix it. He didn't send me away and ask me to come back. Things were fixed on the spot. I was issued a new atm card which took about 25min. Instructions were provided on how to setup green PIN.

Overall good service compared to what it has been in the last 10 years.
