ICICI Bank Kottayam - Branch & ATM

Can I get valid phone number to contact your customer care?? Give a number which is switched on for Gods sake.
I have been trying to contact the bank for around 10 to 15 days now.

Whats the point of giving a phone number which is switched off all the time??

Customers/ Clients who are not available to come right away to your branch will require a valid phone number to contact you.

Please be kind enough to do the needful.

Very poor service especially in Housing loan section, the staff who is never bothering about the customer service. In front of me, deputy Manager was also helpless with this kind of staff. Better opt for good Bank.

Worst banking experience with icici, just for changing the name approached them, promised to do the change within 24 hours, given necessary docs, but still not done even after 10 days!!

Very bad service. I used Cash deposit machine one time and they charged me 3 times for the same. I called customer service multiple times and the issue is not resolved. I thought of sending mail and I couldn't find any functioning emai id also.

*The bank has a Cash Deposit Machine and an ATM
*The bank also has insta bank service which makes easier to deposit money
*Also The security of the bank is so helpful as he helped me i. Depositing the money in cdmi when some of currencies got rejected.

Asked to close OD account they are delaying the same and need to follow up daily and visit the branch multiple times think guys don't know any thing about banking. ICICI has to seriously monitor the performance and customer satisfaction . Worst banking experience for ICICI in whole Kerala..

All phone numbers given in internet not working it is very difficulty to find any branche phone number. Can you please provide correct number. What is the number of kanjirapply branche
