Very bad service, don't know how much to charge for bank statement and deducted 8k for taking 13pages print out.....and after noticing they are about to refund.... slow service....in emergencies people will die with this type of service

Slow !!!! Worst service ever !!! They'll make you regret for chosing this branch.
Will not tell all the requirements at once. To complete a work you have to visit this branch a dozen times atleast !!!

Horrible service. Grumpy staff. Always make it look like they are doing you a massive favour. Nobody ever answers the phone. No one is helpful.

Worst place to bank. The staff are rude. My father being an ex-staff of Canara Bank is being treated filthily. I can imagine how the others would be treated. Always hated this bank and they keep up to my expectations. Useless bank. Staffs want to strike if the bank is going to be privatized. But their service is third grade and they never want to improve.

Post merging with Syndicate Bank, this branch seems to be heading down the hill. They don't know how to maintain the crowd. The staff's are not well trained and we can see many of them yelling at customers. Canara Bank main branch needs to take some actions asap !

We had a terrible experience with the Sr. Manager Ms. Geetha Devi. We had to get our loan documents verified and forward it another branch of Canara Bank which was very urgent and I'd lose my admission to college if I didn't have it done. I and mother requested her earnestly to do her job and explained the plight we were in. She outright rejected our request and gave me us LOCKDOWN non sense reason when the government has given them permission as it a part of essential services. It was imperative we had it done. This senseless lady not only threatened us also verbally attacked us and called the security personnel to see us out. Just because she is a government employee they DVR su whims and fancies. I visited the other branch and they did without any questions. They were so helpful. No one should ever go through this. She was being absolutely terrible and slacker.

This person is not fit to be a bank employee, just an useless person, don't even have a basic banking knowledge and not trained to handle computer.

Don't even respond when asked anything, he needs his colleagues to be behind him always, just to grab his attention towards me it took 35 minutes.

A dumb fellow who waste other's time without giving a solution to any of the issue.

Request bank manager to replace this person, we need the smooth run of business.

One of the worst branch and employees. They do not know how to talk to customer and treat us like beggers. Dear Canara Bank... Please wake up and train your employees how to talk to customers
