Terrible experience. I wanted for an hour to get my work done. All I had to do was 2 mins work but they made me wait for so long. There are so many people in the bank sitting jobless but I had to wait just for one person when someone else could have helped me.
Terrible customer service and extremely slow. Wasted my time. Regret opening my account here.

I opened NRE and NRO account two years back. They transferred funds to NRO without my approval. To repatriate funds everyday I had to go to the branch. They make you wait and don't care at all. Better go with some nationalised bank. Service really sucks. When someone walks in to open a account, security guard is explaining the details. It is a really funny and worst experience. NEVER EVER KEEP ACCOUNTS WITH ICICI.

Worst branch of ICICI bank. I visited them to open NRI account and it is 7 days passed, no one bothered even after my repeated calls.

You should have a dress scens if your visiting this place. If u didn't follow it they will not treat you in a gud manner and need to wait till the end if ur the first person also. That's experience I have faced it today from the manager itself.

Very bad service no cash deposit not a good server not respond proper

Worst experience. Had to wait for more than 30 minutes for cash deposit. Customers were hardly 5. Lethargic people. This is worst icici bank in Bangalore

I wonder what is the actual work of Manager here. He s more into checking your bank balance and siggest you optional plans , such as FD, insurance, loan etc... Extremely poor service.

The staff push you to opt for unnecessary services offered by the bank, had a very bad experience, took more than a month with 6 visits to resolve the issue, never listen to any offers they give, just finish your work and exit the branch
