Very bad time with icici Bank worker horrible experience pls change the worker Belvoir rowday...dabba..SVC.. I never see. I closed my icici account..now... because of..dis working..bad SVC..

Never been satisfied with the experience especially in this branch, I usually do all my transactions through digital mode, Hardly visit branches, but when I do I feel the employees are not attentive at all, either system not working or they tel yu to wait sometime for deposit, no professionalism at all, ICICI is a best bank but due to some staff, the entire name gets spoiled

This branch all staff are very helping and supportive. Appreciate ICICI this branch team.

This bank is trying to cheat people who all are taking SIP while opening the account they said we have to pay 2 years and next one year will be locking period. Once the time period is finished and i went to bank for asking to release the amount they are telling it's 3 years of locking period not one year we cant give amount, if we tell we will give complaint they are telling ok give we don't care. Because after we sign the documents they will update the procedure as they wish and if we ask for the papers we signed they will tell we can't submit. They are not professional they don't no how to interact with customer.

Always team work on their own self convenient style and negative ambience / attitude

LAST WEEK, I WENT TO ICICI BANK JALLAHALLI WEST FOR A COUPLE A WORK. OFFICERS/STAFF ARE VERY KIND AND EFFICIENT. I WEIGHT FOR APPROX 10 MINUTES AND MY PROBLES SOLVED. HERE VERY INTERESTIONG TO NOTICE THAT MANAGER DO SEEN ATCLOSE TO EVERY SEAT AND VERY KIND AND HIMSELF IS FULLY AWARE OF EVERY STAFF DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS.
