Disperse of loan is good. But collection is pathetic. They talk about lots of rules regarding repayment proceedures. But they never follow the rules while collection. Looks very silly. The person like me who goes personally to pay gets shoutings for others misdeeds. Very insulting for the people who are honest. In my life I will not opt for such kind of loans again. Raly fed up off.

Suit only for microfinance. Not for Banking.

ITS IS VERY BAD .. THE OFFICER ARE BUZY WITH THERE OWN WORK THEY ARE NOT SOLVING THE CUSTOMER ISSUES..THEY MAKING CUSTOMER TO WAIT FOR LONG TIME ..THEY WILL TAKE THERE LUNCH & BREAK TIME AS THERE WISH,THEN YOU BANK PROVIDE TIMINGS

Experience with bank was not satisfactory. No proper customer support . Lathergic in processing. Waste of time.
