Worst staff. They don’t understand/speak Kannada which is mother tongue of locals. To withdraw amount from bank, they insist to provide PAN card which is not a govt rule. Being elder of 63 year old, they refused to allow to withdraw amount (which is our own money). They need to understand or train them as how to speak to elders who are willing to withdraw their own money. Pathetic staff including manager.
