The staff and management is supportive but sometimes lazy. The bank is always crowded so typically you'll be spending more time than anticipated.

Staff are Very Lazy Especially The One Who Prints the statement and Issues Atm Card(applys atm card). he Takes 15 mins to clear one Customers Problem Or the process to apply for atm card/To Give The Account statement!!!
I Had To Take a Statement of Account and Had To Wait 2Hrs Because the Server Had Gone down!
I Don't understand How Service is Low In A Nationalized Bank!

Worst staff to deal with, they won't respect the customer and there time. There is no Customer service nor in bank.

Security man they dont give proper information to customers .bad service to the information.customer don't care.

Please i request to don't open the account here especially in this sbi branch, employees are not fit fro working in banks they only fit for garbage, manager is the top worst garbage.

Very bad service bank employee service not respond customer not pic calls all so
