State Bank of India CHANNAPATNA

I would like to give 0 star but there is no option...actually i came here to give review for my parent...im using net banking...but my parents dosent know how to use thats why they came to bank for transactions....but here the staffs are very bad ....im doubt about really they are educated or not....some acc related trouble happened bcs of the staff so we went to the manager for complaint but the manager too not listening our queries ...its really disappointed for us... Finally that problem not solved till now so we closed our account from this bank....its really horrible experience that also in great state bank of india.....

One of the worst branch of SBI Channapatna. very less staff. And that too all are aged persons except manager. I request head office to appoint sufficient staff. Automatically the branch will improve. Please learn from Canara bank r Karnataka bank.

Very non cooperative staff, very rude and slow work the don't care about there acc holder's 😠😡

Staff is very lazy, careless and non cooperative .
And no respect for its clients .

Worst service, whenever we visit this bank always employees are in off duty , Always tells servers issue

Their is not required a single star to that branch and peon is horrible in shouting and the staff one old man does not no to work only balanc to tell he is required what the staff they r doing I don't know I can to entry the pass book for my unte they don't know how but village people they don't just telling today tomo u come next Monday 3 to 4 times we came and went the staff working don't know how to issue a passbook and put the barcode they tell the madam is in holiday coming from 10km not fair I think sbi bank staff worst then village people

Hello everyone we has great experience with chanapatna SBI Bank branch my family friend have 8 accounts here NRI , NRO and other accounts. From USA there r sending emails requesting to manager for statements of there account from September 2021 but no response from manager after that I went personally to chanapatna from Bangalore on 11/10/2021 to ask statements behalf of them with registered power of attorney. Manager said he will send through email when I gave his email address and cell number to my family friend there called him but no response after that he said he is hospitalized. It is laziness from 3 weeks he never replied to email at neck moment he is asking to us to treat him as a human being because we asked him again and again for statements. I don't know what we have done to him. It is his duty to reply the customer email and do the needful help bcoz there cannot come from USA to take statement personally.

I totally hate the place,staff,Nd thier rude behaviour. They don't have clearity while saying thinge like they'll say u one thing today and then tomorrow they'll say something else that what happens here every time nor the staff say it clearly nor the manager
