Very unprofessional and looking at these people we can make out the difference between private banking and nationalised banking. Should change their behaviour and very much irresponsible. We gave a request for NEFT at 10.00 AM and said before 12.00 PM will be credited. When I visited at 1.00 PM they are saying sorry sir we did not authorize yet. ???? their concept is very clear Who's father what goes...... ???

Best experience I have ever had. Both Manager and Assistant Manager were customer friendly. All issues resolved in one visit and all together not asking to come again to solve multiple things.

Today I have visited to do RTG process, since net server issue ,they way response of bank ppl are very bad it's should improve same has been updated to bank manager madam also Response to customer need to improve

I visited this bank (Canara bank, Kuvempunagar) today to deposit amount by 12 noon.The lady cashier was very slow. She asked me whether I am depositing cash for first time. I do not know how she took me going to the bank first time even after seeing my age and white hairs. She told me to write my mobile number which I had already written below my signature. I showed it to her. My request to the bank staff is that even if you have a point to tell the customer it should be in a polite way not in an insulting tone.
