Very bad experience at the branch. Staff was very rude. Especially a lady named Rama. Even the security. No compassion towards poor farmers who have accounts in the branch. They are not explained the process and made to come 3to 4 times just to activate accounts.

Another Govt Bank in the making. Lethargic staff, slow work and as much as possible, it is better to stick to online banking than approaching this brand of theirs. It not only takes time to get things done, but the entire work flow is unregulated and one wonders if they are doing it right.

Poor customer service. No proper response from staff. Just to open new account (to hand over filled documents) i had to stand in line for 30min🤷
