VIJAYA BANK IS NEW SBI !!!!!
Worst experience ever, Today we have visited this Vijaya bank K R puram branch for Passbook entry and duplicate statement request.

When we visited first spoke to a lady who was busy with someone on phone, after 10 min she asked how can she help us, and we have explained the concern and we explained that since department ( Govt of karnataka) is seeking duplicate statesmen and some other document for final settlement of My dad's service.

Then we got one application to fill and then interesting part being , We went and stand near Passbook printing queue as per first person's guidance, They Lady who was seating in printing counter is sooooo arrogant and have a very bad attitude which not at all suites a banker!!!

She asked us why are you requesting all this ( Common we are asking our own account's Duplicate statement ) !! they i gently explained the need.
Meanwhile we also requested for procedure to change/update Name in the Account since we are expecting some settlement and dont want to have any trouble in any forms, Than she started shouting this n all we cannot change why cont you check everything at beginning , Whatever u submitted at the time of Account opening we need same document now to update the customer name in our data this will take 15 to 20 days we need to send it to Main branch bla blaa!!! and my dad has Account with VIAJAYA BANK since 20+ years.

Being a educated person i was able to crack it but what happens to elderly or village people who need some bank services ??

Dear Vijaya bank staff's ,First thing we are not asking your own money or your banks personal money you all are earning bread and butter just from your customers respect your customer , Your all are in service industry be patient and be humble there is nothing to lose !! we respect your personal space and feeling but please be good BANKER!!!

I and family are holding account here for around 28 years when it was vijaya bank it was really good and employees in the bank does not have minimum culture how to behave and the guys who are stay in the bank don't follow there fastest work where as in other banks it takes 15 to 20 mins but here it's taking 45 mins to 1 hours really very worst experience in

Worst experience with staff here
I just went to get the print of statement in passbook of my grandmother ech n every time thy have issues with machines or staff will be busy with some other works....
Thy tke 30mints for to just print 1 passbook
Not an friendly staff in bank of baroda in krpuram

Very bad service
Submitted forms like 5 times for mobile number Change and it is still not changed and I bet the next time I go for enquiry they will say that no form was submitted and ask to fill again .
And the staff are very rude .

Good bank, facility is a bit outdated but does the job. Has pay n park for two wheelers and few cars in front of the bank.

I got my home loan transferred from HDFC to BoB. The product home loan advantage is super good and the rates are way better than SBI max gain product.

Extremely helpful staffs, Rithu and Lavanya did a great deal of work to process my application smoothly, Br Manager Suresh pitched in arranging necessary support whenever needed. Staffs work 6 days a week and extended hours which I'm so surprised to see in a public sector bank. Great dedication and customer service by the entire team I've interacted. If planned correctly, most of the task get complete in email or phone. If you give required time for processing your request (avoid urgency), they would do it pretty well.

100% recommended :)

Me and my Frnd Nandini went this place for mobile number update and Dob update staff was good and when we go immediately taken form and filled wait for my token no. They called and update successfully with in 15minits time.. If I say this place is nice..
