Manager doesn’t have courtesy to offer a chair to customer when I had been to his cabin for discussion
Really it’s not a HDFC standards
Branch also only 2 Chair available and that’s also for senior citizens Which is some good initiative

No sanitizer providing to ATM users the security say the sanitizer is only for bank employees and bank users as its an instructions from HDFC bank .kindly if can provide sanitizer if people ask for it at least as an social welfare...
