It was earlier State Bank of Hyderabad and now taken over by State Bank of India. Employees here are very courteous and happy to help.

I usually visit to withdraw my father's pension. There will be queue everytime. There is only one counter for cash. They won't even consider for one more counter depending on the queue. Take lot of time issuing the amount.
Need to improve this.
